CELEBRATING 4TH OF JULY IN ORLANDO

July 30, 2016

Not everybody would agree about spending the long weekend in this area, where almost all tourist and even locals go. Next time you feel like relaxing, try the places we've been to below. For starters, check-in at either at the Waldorf Astoria or Ritz Carlton Hotel. The amount you pay for is totally worth it.
Just in case you're wondering how packed the pool is, it will be full, but it's going to be easy to find a spot lay in and enjoy the  sun. And although they have a full bar and have amazing servers, we still brought our own.
We booked STK in Downtown Disney for our 4th of July dinner. They have a club like ambiance but while maintaining the class. It's a breath of fresh air from the usual fine dining vibe in steak houses. We didn't need to uber or grab a cab because Waldorf and Hilton have their own service until 11PM.
At the end of our stay, we tried the room service which is superb. The butler is friendly and even arranged the table for us. We both ordered their burger, I had it for lunch during our first day here and Jon noticed that I finished it really fast despite the size which meant it was really delish. So he wanted to try it and wasn't disappointed at all. Their patties are juicy even if we ordered it well done. We also ordered their mac and cheese and key lime pie.
They also have their own private firework display for Platinum Elite Members. Complete with unlimited champagne and bottled water or soda for kids.
